Course Objectives: 
This course aims to describe acute and chronic effects of exercise on cardiovascular, respiratory, musculo-skleletal system and cardiovascular exercises training, physical fitness, the effects of exercise training on patients with chronic diseases and elderly people and children
Course Content: 
This lecture includes cardiovascular system end exercise, cardiovascular regulation, aerobic and anaerobic training principle, pulmonary system, musculosceleteal system and exercise, thermoregulation and exercise, physiology of exercise under water and exercise at high levels.
