Course Objectives: 
Goals  This course  aims to describe  acute and chronic  effects of  exercise on  cardiovascular, respiratory, musculo-skleletal system  and   cardiovascular  exercises training,  physical fitness, the effects of exercise training on athletes
Course Content: 
   Describing   acute and chronic  effects of  exercise on  cardiovascular, respiratory, musculo-skleletal system  and   cardiovascular  exercises training, aerobic and anaerobic training principle, different exercise training techniques,  physical fitness, the effects of exercise training on  athletes
