Course Objectives:
This course aims to enable the student to gain the desicion making on the indications of orthoses for different pathological conditions as well as pre-or-post-operative conditions
Course Content:
Identification of orthoses as functional, supportive, corrective, immobilizer; decision making on the indications of orthotics and rehabilitation procedures according to the need of individual with disabilities; trends in assistive technology for activiteis of Daily living (ADL), balance and mobility. |
