The purpose of this Master's program is to train professionals who are knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of their profession, innovative, research-oriented, entrepreneurial, respectful to human rights, prioritize the needs of individuals, families, and communities, maintain their calmness even in the most difficult conditions, prioritize teamwork and being a team player, and are ethical and able to represent their profession at the national and international level, in the areas of pre-disaster risk reduction, rescue management and coordination during disasters, and rehabilitation efforts after disasters.

To be a nationally and internationally recognized, leading, innovative, and sustainable master's program in health management during emergencies and disasters. To produce scientific knowledge and train professionals who are ethical, responsible, and experts in the field, with the goal of protecting and improving public health in emergency and disaster management.

Mission

To train individuals with theoretical and practical knowledge in health management during emergencies and disasters, who can think analytically, possess problem-solving skills, work with a multidisciplinary approach, and have leadership qualities. In this regard, providing up-to-date and advanced education, conducting scientific research, and contributing to enhancing the preparedness of society and health systems for emergencies and disasters.
